About the Role

As an Industrial Account Executive at Tradesmen International, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Major Accounts/Industrial sector. Your primary responsibility will be to educate contractors about the Tradesmen International Value Proposition and obtain orders or contracts for our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Locate and bring in new business opportunities, and maintain client relationships to increase the usage of Tradesmen International's services and workforce.
  • Sales and Marketing: Generate and develop new customer accounts, penetrate targeted accounts, and radiate sales from within the client base.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrate the ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining sales quotas, and build a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to build strong customer relationships and effectively communicate the Tradesmen International Value Proposition.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve customer requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong drive to win and exceed sales quotas.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems, as well as experience with cold calling, canvassing a territory, and generating new business leads.
