About The Role:

As a Senior Business Process Manager at Thomson Reuters Holdings Inc., you will be responsible for supporting the Customer to Cash (C2C) organization. This involves identifying and analyzing existing processes to improve business performance and leading change management activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with business partners to identify change needs and assess the impact of the change.
  2. Capturing and documenting business requirements for organizational, process, technical, and informational changes.
  3. Defining and documenting current state and future state business processes.
  4. Collecting information/data regarding ineffective or inefficient processes from stakeholders and other relevant personnel.
  5. Leading strategic business improvement projects and partnering with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement projects.
  6. Developing performance metrics and using those measures to form improvement recommendations.
  7. Building and maintaining a library of process maps and information flows.
  8. Overseeing new procedures and organizational changes to ensure proper implementation.
  9. Collaborating with the Development Team to help design, optimize, or solve technical hurdles for a seamless deployment.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of proven business process experience with a record of delivering results in product management, process improvement, project, and program management.
  3. 5+ years of experience writing business requirements and user stories.
  4. 3+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP applications (Oracle/Great Plains/Dynamics) preferred.
  5. 2+ years of team lead experience.
  6. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, and a proven ability to lead, support, and deliver on large, complex, and varied projects.
  7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, manage projects, and implementation plans.
  8. The ability to select and use data analysis tools to identify root causes.
