SoBro Construction is a dynamic wireless construction company looking for a talented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollments and updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Payroll Management:
- Process payroll using TriNet (Zenefits).
- Handle payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management, HR, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR and payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and onboarding processes.
