About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic wireless construction company in Hillsboro, OR. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage benefits administration, including enrollments and updates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Payroll Management:

  • Process payroll using TriNet (Zenefits).
  • Handle payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Recruiting & Onboarding:

  • Post job ads, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist in hiring decisions and extend job offers.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the company.

Office Management:

  • Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities.
  • Ensure the office environment is professional and well-maintained.
  • Act as a point of contact for IT support, facility management, and other operational needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in office management, HR, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll systems.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and onboarding processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of labor laws and workplace compliance.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
