Position Overview:

As a Curator, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, embodying the Etain brand. Your role will involve generating enthusiasm around our products, delivering appropriate solutions, and equipping patients with the necessary knowledge for safe product usage. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that each customer receives an unparalleled shopping experience, starting with reviewing medical recommendations and collaborating with your team to match patients with suitable products.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhancing Patient Relationships & Boosting Sales:

The Dispensary Sales Associate is vital in delivering outstanding patient experiences, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dispensary. This role merges patient care expertise with product knowledge.

Building Trust & Loyalty:

  • Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding service while surpassing sales objectives by building trust, addressing patient needs, and offering comprehensive product education.
  • Compassionate Support: Utilize extensive knowledge of medical cannabis to evaluate patient needs, recommend appropriate products, and offer continuous assistance.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Sales & Revenue Enhancement:

  • Sales Focus: Aim to elevate dispensary, team, and personal sales through consistent goal achievement and effective customer engagement.
  • Inventory Oversight: Conduct precise inventory assessments, prepare sales documentation, and manage stock levels to fulfill patient requirements.
  • Post-Sale Engagement: Follow up with patients to resolve any inquiries or concerns, nurturing ongoing positive relationships.

Delivery & Communication:

  • Delivery Responsibilities: Safely deliver medical cannabis to patients while adhering to all legal and safety protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Maintain clear communication with patients and team members regarding customer needs and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Proficient in computer usage and data entry
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Successful completion of a background check required
  • Ability to pass a drug screening

Work Environment:

This position operates in a retail environment, utilizing standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to communicate effectively, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift moderate weights.

Work Hours:

This position may require long hours and weekend availability.
