Role Overview:

As a Curator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, embodying the Etain brand. Your role will involve generating enthusiasm for our products, delivering tailored solutions, and equipping patients with the necessary knowledge for safe product usage. Your responsibilities will begin with reviewing medical recommendations and, in collaboration with your team, matching patients' needs with appropriate products. Your sales expertise will transform casual visitors into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhancing Patient Relationships & Driving Sales:

The Dispensary Sales Associate (DSA) is essential in creating outstanding patient experiences, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dispensary. This role merges patient care with product expertise.

Building Trust & Loyalty:

  • Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding service that exceeds sales expectations by building trust, addressing patient needs, and offering comprehensive product education.
  • Compassionate Support: Utilize extensive knowledge of medical cannabis to evaluate patient needs, recommend suitable products, and offer continuous assistance.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.

Sales & Revenue Enhancement:

  • Sales Focus: Aim to boost dispensary and personal sales through effective customer engagement and consistent goal achievement.
  • Inventory Oversight: Conduct precise inventory counts, prepare sales reports, and manage stock levels to meet patient demands.
  • Post-Sale Engagement: Follow up with patients to address inquiries or concerns, nurturing ongoing positive relationships.

Delivery & Communication:

  • Delivery Responsibilities: Safely deliver medical cannabis to patients while adhering to all legal and safety standards.
  • Communication Skills: Maintain clear communication with patients and team members regarding needs, sales performance, and delivery logistics.

Additional Duties:

  • Work Environment: Contribute to a positive and professional workplace atmosphere.
  • Safety Compliance: Prioritize a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Proficient in computer usage and data entry
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19

  • Must be at least 21 years of age as per state law
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Ability to pass a drug screening

Work Environment:

This position operates in a retail setting, utilizing standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must be able to communicate effectively, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift moderate weights.

Position Expectations:

This role may require long hours and weekend availability.

Required Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • One or more years of sales experience
  • Experience in a dispensary setting is advantageous
