ROLE SUMMARY

As a Curator, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, embodying the Etain brand. Your role will involve generating enthusiasm around our products, delivering tailored solutions, and equipping patients with the knowledge necessary for safe product usage. You will play a vital role in ensuring that the dispensary experience is unparalleled, beginning with the review of a doctor's recommendation and culminating in the selection of appropriate products.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhancing Patient Relationships & Boosting Sales:

The Dispensary Sales Associate (DSA) is crucial in delivering outstanding patient experiences, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dispensary. This role merges patient care expertise with comprehensive product knowledge.

Building Trust & Loyalty:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service while surpassing sales objectives by building trust, addressing patient needs, and offering detailed product education.
  • Compassionate Support: Utilize extensive knowledge of medical cannabis to evaluate patient requirements, recommend suitable products, and offer continuous assistance.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with all state and company regulations.

Sales & Revenue Development:

  • Sales Focus: Aim to enhance dispensary, team, and personal sales through consistent achievement of goals and effective customer engagement.
  • Inventory Oversight: Conduct precise inventory assessments, prepare sales reports, and manage stock levels to fulfill patient demands.
  • Post-Sale Engagement: Follow up with patients to address inquiries or concerns, nurturing ongoing positive relationships.

Delivery & Communication:

  • Delivery Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently deliver medical cannabis to patients, adhering to all legal and safety protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Maintain clear communication with patients, colleagues, and management regarding customer needs and sales performance.

Additional Duties:

  • Safety & Compliance: Prioritize a safe and clean work environment, conducting oneself with integrity and adhering to all company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Proficient in computer use and data entry
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Must be at least 21 years of age as per state law.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check is required.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role operates within a professional retail setting, routinely utilizing standard office equipment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • One or more years of sales experience
