Primary Responsibilities of the Club Repair Associate:

The foremost responsibility of the Club Repair Associate is to guarantee that every customer receives outstanding service. Additional duties include:

  • Efficiently managing retail transactions, including returns and exchanges
  • Utilizing specialized tools for equipment adjustments
  • Completing Club Repair work orders with precision
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in golf technology and products
Required Qualifications and Skills for a Club Repair Associate:
  • Preferred experience of 2+ years in retail materials handling or club repair
  • Capability to stand for extended durations, lift heavy items, and adapt to varied work schedules
  • GED or high school diploma
