Position Summary

The Junior Client Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site position. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with potential small and medium-sized enterprises throughout the region through direct interactions. The Specialist will be tasked with delivering outstanding communication and customer service, while also meeting our clients' needs and expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating and pursuing new business leads
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term client partnerships
  • Overseeing the sales process from initiation to completion

Candidate Requirements

  • Exceptional communication abilities and a proactive, enthusiastic demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to connect with individuals from various backgrounds
  • Experience in customer service and client acquisition
  • A collaborative spirit, adaptability to new challenges, and self-motivation
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are necessary
