POSITION SUMMARY

As the initial point of contact for our dealership, the Reception Specialist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and directing them appropriately.
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor, enthusiasm, and reliability while maintaining a positive team-oriented approach.
  • Utilize strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to facilitate effective interactions.
  • Maintain a robust work ethic and thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Assist customers and vendors by directing them to the appropriate team members for support.
  • Oversee the Coffee/Beverage Bar, ensuring it is well-stocked and inviting.
  • Conduct inventory checks of supplies and coordinate ordering as necessary.
  • Support the Business Office staff as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Effectively manage telephone systems to handle customer inquiries and accurately input basic customer information into the sales control system. Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, faxes, and computers.
