Office Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to temporarily join our team, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding artistic experiences.
Position Overview: In the role of Administrative Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient functioning of our office. Your duties will encompass a range of administrative responsibilities aimed at supporting our team and fostering a productive work atmosphere, which is vital for the success of our artistic endeavors.
Core Responsibilities:
- Execute general office tasks including answering phone calls, managing files, and performing data entry
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, rehearsals, and appointments
- Oversee and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages
- Provide assistance to various departments such as marketing, production, and administration
- Ensure a tidy and organized office environment
- Support special projects, event preparations, and additional tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred; experience in the performing arts sector is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm for the performing arts and cultural initiatives
