Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls at the clinic
  • Welcome patients upon their arrival
  • Coordinate New Patient Appointments
  • Communicate fees to patients and process payments
  • Inform patients about available products and handle transactions
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing
Qualifications
