Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, both domestic and international.
  • Maintain and provide a weekly update of pending contracts to the Director of Risk Management.
  • Deliver daily and weekly reports on ongoing activities.
  • Ensure all contract reviews are documented and stored in a shared repository.
  • Engage in discussions with legal representatives and clients to negotiate insurance terms prior to contract finalization.
  • Facilitate timely negotiations to ensure contracts are executed efficiently, allowing sales teams to meet their targets.
  • Prepare and submit renewal listings to the Client Services Account Specialist to ensure timely issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
  • Respond to all COI requests within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Provide weekly updates on COI-related issues and maintain organized documentation in shared folders.
  • Review and update renewal listings as necessary, ensuring all COIs are obtained prior to renewal deadlines.
  • Assist in the procurement of project-specific insurance policies and maintain accurate records.
  • Gather underwriting data and collaborate with brokers to secure quotes and bind coverage.
  • Track expiration dates and manage any necessary extensions.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced degrees and professional designations such as CRM, ARM, or CPCU are advantageous.

Experience:

  • A minimum of five years in the risk management sector is required.
  • Previous managerial experience is desirable.
  • Training in safety, loss prevention, and claims management is a plus.

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with online database systems.
