Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of both domestic and international contracts.
- Maintain and provide a weekly list of pending contracts to the Director of Risk Management.
- Deliver daily and weekly updates regarding ongoing activities.
- Ensure all contract reviews are documented and stored in a shared directory.
- Participate in negotiations with legal teams and clients to finalize insurance terms prior to contract execution.
- Facilitate timely agreement on contract terms to ensure sales credit is processed efficiently.
- Prepare and submit renewal listings to the Client Services Account Specialist to guarantee timely issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Respond to all COI requests within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Provide weekly updates on COI-related issues and maintain organized documentation in shared folders.
- Review and update renewal listings as necessary, ensuring all COIs are obtained before renewal deadlines.
- Manage project-specific insurance policies, including gathering underwriting data and securing necessary approvals.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management is preferred.
- Advanced degrees and professional designations such as CRM, ARM, or CPCU are advantageous.
Experience:
- A minimum of five years in the risk management sector is required.
- Prior managerial experience is preferred.
- Training in safety, loss prevention, and claims management is beneficial.
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online database systems.
