Aon is seeking a highly skilled Risk Analyst to provide direct support to a client in a hybrid position. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing contracts, providing updates, and ensuring timely execution of contracts and sales estimates.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze domestic and international contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide weekly updates to the Director of Risk Management on pending contracts and activities.
- Collaborate with the client and MSI contract legal team to negotiate terms of insurance prior to contract execution.
- Ensure timely execution of contracts and sales estimates, and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Review and update renewal listings to ensure timely issuance of COIs to certificate holders.
- Provide weekly updates on COI issues and ensure timely completion of tasks to meet sales revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the Aon Client Services (ACS) Account Specialist to ensure timely issuance of COIs and renewal listings.
- College degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management, with advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in risk management, with managerial experience and safety, loss prevention, and claims training desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Windows environment, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, Lotus Notes software, and online database systems.
