Your Role:

As a Pest Management Specialist, you will oversee your own service route, engaging with clients throughout the day while assessing and addressing pest issues in various residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in independent work environments and appreciate outdoor activities.

No prior pest control experience is necessary. Through our comprehensive paid training program, which includes both classroom instruction and field experience, we will equip you with the essential knowledge and skills to launch your career as a pest management specialist. Our aim is to empower you to become one of the leading professionals in the pest control industry.

Qualifications:

  • A valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule.
  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, along with basic math abilities.
  • Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings, including criminal history, driving record, work history verification, and academic credentials, licenses, and certifications.
  • Physical demands of the role include climbing into attics and onto roofs, maneuvering a 400ft spray hose, and lifting and transporting equipment and chemicals weighing over 50lbs, primarily working outdoors in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
