Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts on both domestic and international fronts.
- Maintain a weekly updated list of pending contracts for the Director of Risk Management.
- Provide daily and weekly activity reports to ensure transparency and communication.
- Participate in discussions with legal teams and clients to negotiate insurance terms prior to contract finalization.
- Ensure timely agreement on contract terms to facilitate execution and credit for sales teams.
- Compile and deliver renewal listings to the Client Services Account Specialist to guarantee timely issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Respond to all COI requests within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Maintain organized records of endorsements and client-specific COI documents.
- Review and update renewal listings as necessary and follow up to secure all renewal COIs.
- Assess and procure project-specific insurance policies, ensuring all underwriting data is collected and communicated effectively.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management is preferred.
- Advanced degrees and professional designations such as CRM, ARM, or CPCU are advantageous.
Experience:
- A minimum of five years in the risk management sector.
- Experience in managerial roles is preferred.
- Background in safety, loss prevention, and claims management is beneficial.
Skills:
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online database systems.
