Aon is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to provide direct support to a client in a hybrid position. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing contracts, providing updates, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide weekly updates to the Director of Risk Management on pending contracts and activities.
- Ensure contract reviews are completed in a timely manner and copies are saved in a shared folder.
- Participate in calls with clients and legal teams to negotiate terms of insurance prior to contract execution.
- Ensure all parties agree to terms in a timely manner to meet sales estimates.
- Ensure renewal listings are provided to Aon Client Services (ACS) Account Specialist by a specified deadline.
- Respond to all Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests within 24 hours.
- Provide weekly updates on COI issues and save client-specific documents in a shared folder.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet sales revenue targets.
- College degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- CRM, ARM, or CPCU designation.
- Minimum five years of experience in risk management.
- Managerial experience.
- Safety, loss prevention, and claims training desirable.
