About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share within the food processing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with national and regional food processing companies, leveraging your expertise in food packaging solutions.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the food processing industry, informing our sales and business development efforts.
  • Trade Shows: Represent our company at industry trade shows, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our products and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the food processing industry, with a proven track record of success in national account management.
  • Travel: 50%+ travel required, with frequent visits to national and regional food processing companies.
  • Skills: Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $115-140,000+ base salary range, depending on experience.
  • Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses up to 40% threshold.
