**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to close, ensuring timely and effective sales processes.
  • Work closely with leadership to create and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Determine market potential in assigned territories, assessing pipeline, forecast, and quota to ensure results are achieved.
  • Utilize sales tools to manage sales against forecast, uncovering additional revenue and opportunities in current accounts.
  • Facilitate customer contract renewals, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Create, prepare, and deliver customer business reviews, coordinating with internal and external contacts to manage projects.
  • Understand the clinical, financial, and regulatory challenges of customers, working cross-functionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Sales experience in the medical field, preferably with device and/or service experience
  • Strong background in sales training and a proven track record of hitting quotas
  • Planning, forecasting, negotiation, presentation, and customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently, analytically, and organized, with strong business intelligence and exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to travel in the assigned territory, with an average of 4 overnights per month
  • MS Office (Power BI) and CRM experience
  • Positive, adaptable, composed, tenacious, and innovative mindset
