Senior Procurement Specialist III

Design To Delivery Inc is seeking experienced Contract Specialists to deliver acquisition support services for government clients.
This role is contingent upon award and the selected candidates will act as the Contractor's Site Lead.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities include assisting the Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, and Supervisory Procurement Analyst with various projects concerning policies, data management, training, and systems.
Additional administrative duties encompass onboarding, orientation, training, timesheet review and approval, performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues.
Support FunctionsResponsibilities will include:
- Acting as a technical advisor to organizations regarding the procurement of necessary goods and services for effective program execution.
- Utilizing knowledge of administrative support within a Federal acquisition context to assist program officials with procurement-related matters.
- Conducting contract administration for selected contracts, monitoring Contractor performance, and managing payment approvals.
- Assisting clients in crafting statements of work and procurement strategies, while developing evaluation plans and pricing methodologies.
- Preparing solicitations and contract documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Executing contract modifications and conducting thorough analyses of alternatives and Contractor capabilities.
- Applying price/cost analysis techniques to support the development of solicitation documents and evaluate cost-related areas.
- Facilitating the contract closeout process, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
A bachelor's degree in any field, with at least 24 semester hours in relevant areas such as accounting, business, finance, or law is required. A postgraduate degree is preferred.
Ten or more years of direct experience in Federal contracting is essential, with at least one year at a specialized level equivalent to GS-15.
Desired certifications include FAC-C(Professional) or DAWIA in Contracting.
