The selected candidates will act as the Site Lead for the Contractor, providing essential support to the Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, and Supervisory Procurement Analyst. The responsibilities encompass a wide range of activities related to policy implementation, data management, training, and system operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a technical advisor for procurement of goods and services essential for the successful execution of programs.
- Utilize expertise in administrative support functions within a Federal acquisition environment to assist program officials with procurement matters.
- Conduct contract administration for selected contracts, monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Assist clients in developing statements of work and procurement strategies, including evaluation plans and pricing methodologies.
- Prepare and manage solicitations, contract documents, and related paperwork in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Perform price/cost analysis to support the development of solicitation documents and evaluate contractor proposals.
- Oversee the contract closeout process, ensuring all deliverables and payments are completed satisfactorily.
- Act as a point of contact for program officials regarding major procurement issues, providing authoritative recommendations for operational improvements.
- Coordinate contract administration activities for extensive technical service contracts, ensuring compliance with government standards.
- Lead negotiations for complex contract modifications, utilizing in-depth analysis and negotiation techniques.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 24 semester hours in relevant disciplines such as accounting, business, finance, or law is required. A postgraduate degree is preferred.
Candidates should possess a minimum of ten years of direct experience in Federal contracting, with at least one year at a specialized level equivalent to GS-15. Desired certifications include FAC-C(Professional) or equivalent.

- Expertise in contract administration and negotiation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex procurement issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
