About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Aaron's. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales management experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
