Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at The Bachrach Group LTD.

This role requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and partners
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and files
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling appointments
  • Preparation of meeting materials and presentations
  • Reviewing and processing correspondence and documents
  • Scanning, copying, and filing documents in our electronic file management system
  • Researching and identifying potential Defendants and Insurance coverage

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a legal or administrative setting
  • Bachelor's degree required; excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work in multiple office locations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
