Office Administrator Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at The Bachrach Group LTD.
This role requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and partners
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and files
- Coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling appointments
- Preparation of meeting materials and presentations
- Reviewing and processing correspondence and documents
- Scanning, copying, and filing documents in our electronic file management system
- Researching and identifying potential Defendants and Insurance coverage
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a legal or administrative setting
- Bachelor's degree required; excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in multiple office locations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
