About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Classic Westchester. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-level support to our President and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the President's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and travel arrangements, while accommodating last-minute changes and prioritizing critical engagements.
  • Assist with inbox management, prioritizing urgent items and bringing them to the President's attention.
  • Communicate with clients on behalf of the President, handling correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers, coordinating RFQs and other business-related activities.
  • Coordinate trade show logistics, including booth bookings, itineraries, and travel arrangements.
  • Support the marketing team by maintaining the marketing ad schedule, creating content, and coordinating social media posts.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Meetings.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
