Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and communication with employees and management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inventory and maintaining office supplies.
- Handling booking and scheduling appointments for the greenhouse facility.
- Assisting with human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating employee benefits.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assisting with special projects and events as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent and additional qualifications in office administration or human resources are a plus.
- Proven experience in office management, booking/scheduling, and human resources.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- $15-$20 per hour competitive salary.
