We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Office Manager to join our team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our White Plains and New City offices.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative staff, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless client service.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative staff and coordinating projects
  • Ensuring seamless client service and meeting deadlines
  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
  • Leading training and development initiatives for administrative staff

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Legal Office Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between offices
