Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Office Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve performing advanced clerical and administrative tasks to drive company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft formal documents, including correspondences and other written communications
  • Plan and schedule appointments, events, and meetings
  • Greet and assist onsite guests, providing exceptional customer service
  • Answer inbound telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems to ensure efficient document management
  • Perform various office tasks as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or related fields is essential
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • A strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
