Role Summary:
In the capacity of Sales Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in steering the B2B sales team towards achieving and exceeding established objectives while maintaining the organization's high standards of client service. Your responsibilities will include the development and implementation of sales strategies, optimizing operational processes, and driving revenue expansion. This position offers a competitive salary with significant commission opportunities.
Key Duties:
- Direct, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Formulate and implement impactful sales strategies and processes to stimulate business growth.
- Examine sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work in conjunction with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive alignment with corporate objectives.
- Deliver coaching, training, and development initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to upper management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that embodies the company’s values.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, particularly in a B2B context.
- Experience in the promotional products industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of effectively managing and motivating teams.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Capability to create and execute strategic sales initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- A results-driven approach with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
What We Provide:
- Attractive base salary between $110,000 and $125,000, with commission opportunities leading to an anticipated total earnings of $175,000.
