Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising Visionary: Lead the merchandising team to create an organized and visually appealing store environment that drives sales and customer engagement.
  • Operations Expert: Oversee the flow of product from receiving to the sales floor, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Team Leader: Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate with the Store Leader and other functional Assistant Store Leaders to develop and execute new season plans and strategies.
  • Results-Driven: Analyze sales results and translate numbers into actionable behaviors and goals to improve KPIs.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service, setting expectations and modeling excellent service behavior.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent, Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Availability: Full-time roles require open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
