- Team Leader: Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with the Store Leader and other functional Assistant Store Leaders to develop and execute new season plans and strategies.
- Results-Driven: Analyze sales results and translate numbers into actionable behaviors and goals to improve KPIs.
- Customer Focus: Ensure all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service, setting expectations and modeling excellent service behavior.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
- Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent, Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
- Availability: Full-time roles require open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
