Role Overview

We are in search of a sustainability-focused B2B sales professional to enhance our brand partnerships operations. You will play a pivotal role in achieving sales objectives and onboarding new advertising partners. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, a knack for crafting innovative solutions for brands, and a proven history of surpassing sales and partnership targets. A genuine passion for environmental sustainability is essential, as it drives your commitment to scaling impact-driven enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to formulate the overarching strategy, roadmap, and performance metrics for brand partnerships.
  • Execute sales processes and oversee the complete sales cycle.
  • Foster and maintain partner relationships.
  • Identify, assess, and propose new partnerships with both Fortune 500 companies and emerging sustainable brands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing strategic and marketing partnerships, with additional credit for experience in the sustainability sector.
  • Demonstrated success in forecasting, achieving goals, and managing time effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Proven track record of working with major consumer brands while nurturing and expanding those relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong networking and presentation abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for crafting compelling proposals and closing deals.
  • Creative problem-solving skills in a business context.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and insights into future developments.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, metrics, and performance measurement.
  • Strong alignment with our mission and the ability to champion our vision.
