About the Role

Atrieon is a pioneering company at the forefront of AI and project management innovation. We are seeking a resilient, adaptable, and experienced founder or early-stage startup leader to join us as the Future CEO of Atrieon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define a Clear Vision: Develop a compelling business strategy that aligns with our company's mission and values.
  • Drive Product Launch: Create an actionable plan for product launch and market penetration based on market research and user insights.
  • Advocate for End-Users: Ensure a seamless and exceptional product experience for our customers.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Product Development Teams: Work closely with product development teams to create an ideal product experience, leveraging user feedback and AI insights.
  • Oversee Business Operations: Manage core business operations, including product and team development, growth strategies, and ensuring optimal product-market fit.
  • Optimize Business Operations: Utilize financial models and projections to support product development and go-to-market strategies, and implement cutting-edge tools and technology to optimize business operations.
  • Cultivate a World-Class Team Environment: Foster a positive and productive team culture, assisting with hiring, training, and general management.
Preferred Qualifications and Prior Experience
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record as a founder or leader in an early-stage company, preferably within the project management, workflow automation, or AI industry.
  • Experience in Fundraising: Experience leading fundraising, either as a founder or early employee.
  • Experience in GTM Execution: Experience leading GTM execution, including B2B marketing, sales, and operations, especially in a tech-focused environment.
  • Operational Process Development: Demonstrated success in building operational processes and high-performing teams.
  • Relevant Understanding of AI: Relevant understanding of AI, LLMs, or machine learning applications, highlighting the ability to communicate about these technologies in the development of groundbreaking products.
  • Product Development or Project Management: Demonstrable familiarity with product development or project management, with a special focus on software development in the context of the tech sector.
