Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Territory Sales Leader is responsible for crafting a comprehensive growth strategy in partnership with the Regional Director and Vice President. This role involves overseeing the Sales team, providing training and support to ensure optimal performance. Collaboration with internal operations is crucial to guarantee the highest standard of service for every client. Regular participation in meetings is expected to track the Sales team's progress and maintain their current business portfolio. The Territory Sales Leader will also focus on identifying and engaging with suitable and lucrative prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute robust sales strategies to meet regional objectives.
  • Ensure the Sales team meets targets by acquiring new clients.
  • Preserve the existing client base within the region.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues swiftly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Oversee and assess sales pipelines and forecast accuracy.
  • Train Sales personnel on new product offerings.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Communicate professionally with both internal and external teams.
