As a working supervisor for a team or work group, you will oversee staff competency completion, monitor compliance with documentation, billing, and staff requirements, and maintain ongoing authorization for Office of Medical Assistance Programs (OMAP) and worker's compensation insurances.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff competency completion and monitor compliance with documentation, billing, and staff requirements
- Coordinate daily activities and functions of PI program, including managing ongoing authorization for OMAP and worker's compensation insurances
- Maintain monthly statistics, physician referrals, insurance verifications, and authorization, and monitor productivity and charge accuracy
- Review patient charts for accuracy and treatment outcomes
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
- Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
