Job Summary

As a Levy Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional payroll and accounting services to internal and external guests and suppliers. You will implement effective internal controls and efficient processes, utilizing leadership and supervisor skills to achieve results. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and Levy team members, ensuring prompt response and resolution to all guest inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support company initiatives within the department
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and Levy team members
  • Maintain accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and data
  • Complete all projects in a timely and professional manner
  • Thoroughly and accurately use applicable Levy systems (OMS)
  • Ensure required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month end closing
  • Manage employee sick and vacation requests
  • Ensure all payroll information is accurate and submitted on a timely basis
  • Clearly communicate financial results to management on a regular basis
  • Manage all Administrative Charges and Credit Card tip entries
  • Provide accurate and targeted financial analysis as requested
  • Process all biweekly union dues and Health and Welfare deductions
Requirements
  • English reading, writing, math, and computer skills required
  • Ability to reach, lift, stoop, bend, and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift
  • Ability to use hands in using office equipment, including the computer system
  • Ability to talk and hear to conduct phone correspondence
  • Close vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documents
