Job Overview

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care to patients, supervising and directing nursing staff, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide safe and effective patient care
  • Delegate tasks to nursing staff and coordinate their duties
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Oregon
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
