About the Role

The Human Resources Director is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our overall strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate with leadership to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
  • Recommend and develop policies and implement approved programs and policies designed to protect company and employee interests.
  • Identify and comply with legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
  • Supervise the human resources department and serve as a point of contact for labor relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, training, recruitment, and safety.
  • Advises leadership on labor union relations, disputes, and grievances.
  • Partners with leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR a minimum of five years of human resource management experience.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
