Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Morgan Benjamin Search Group. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted right-hand to our Chief Executive Officer, responsible for coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and maintaining the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar and ensure seamless coordination of tasks and meetings.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, focusing deeply on tasks and maintaining a high level of discretion.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the executive's duties.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask with great follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
