Job Summary:

The Director of Cyber Risk Management will lead the development and execution of PRI Technology's third-party cyber risk management program. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, aligns with corporate cyber policies, and meets the organization's risk management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development and Management: Design and implement the third-party risk management framework, leading a team of professionals to assess, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with vendors, suppliers, and other third parties.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the organization's third-party relationships comply with regulatory requirements and corporate cyber policies.
  • Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring their compliance with the organization's risk management standards.
  • Incident Management: Lead the response to cyber incidents, ensuring timely and effective mitigation of risks.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to stakeholders on third-party risk management activities, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization's third-party relationships comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Ten years of experience in Cybersecurity in a private, public, government, or military environment, with five years of management and/or supervisory experience.
  • Certifications: CISSP certification.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's degree: Master's degree in computer engineering, computer systems, or information technology from an accredited institution.
  • Additional experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity/risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on third-party risk management.
  • Cybersecurity frameworks: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
  • Certifications: Additional certifications such as SANS, ISACA (CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CRISC) and other technology certifications.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
