The compensation range for this position is $69,000 to $124,200.

Internal Audit Department:
Our Internal Audit team plays a vital role in fulfilling Target's mission by providing essential assurance and risk insights. Collaborating with risk and business owners across the organization, you will utilize professional judgment, analytics, and innovative approaches daily. Your role will involve assessing the effectiveness of risk management capabilities, including processes and controls, to support Target's strategic and compliance objectives.

As a Senior Technology Auditor, you will spearhead the development and execution of Internal Audit initiatives. Your expertise in risk management will be crucial in identifying and evaluating risks and internal controls, offering valuable insights that align with business goals. This leadership role requires a high degree of independence, initiative, and the ability to guide and mentor others while managing projects effectively and fostering strong relationships with business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, information technology, software engineering, or computer science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology auditing.
  • Expertise in auditing and enterprise risk management concepts, including risk assessment, process controls, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong professional judgment, critical thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing data and analytical tools to address business challenges throughout the audit lifecycle.
  • Experience leading Internal Audit projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
This position offers a Hybrid/Flex work arrangement, allowing for a combination of onsite and remote work based on the needs of the team and tasks. Work responsibilities must be performed within the designated primary work location, unless otherwise specified.
