Financial Client Services Coordinator

Position Overview:
This role is primarily focused on delivering administrative assistance to the Wealth Management team while ensuring outstanding customer service for both existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the processing of new client accounts, distributions, and various financial transactions.
- Address daily inquiries from clients.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Client Service team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain, update, and organize client records.
- Execute administrative tasks and track client data utilizing a Customer Relationship Management system.
- Provide regular updates to the Wealth Management Team regarding account openings and asset transfer status.
- Generate account maintenance reports on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of annual client meetings.
- Offer support to other Wealth Management team members as needed.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients, advisors, and vendors.
- Complete follow-up tasks post-meetings, including scheduling asset transfers and gathering necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with Wealth Managers on account inquiries and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with Required Minimum Distributions for clients.
- Engage in industry meetings and educational opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Participate in special projects or assignments as required, working with partners to address complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality, detail orientation, and accuracy.
- Adept at multitasking and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: College degree.
- Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
Certificates and Licenses:
- No specific certifications required.
