Service Coordinator Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a rapidly growing company? DC Group Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing our clients' needs and building strong relationships through hands-on project management. You will also manage our Field Service Engineers, coordinating their schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and build trust through effective communication and project management.
  • Coordinate Field Service Engineers' schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage mission-critical emergency service requests, coordinating expedited parts shipments and required repairs.
  • Drive logistics between multiple departments to successfully fulfill contract service-level-agreements (SLA).
  • Monitor email and phone communication from clients, providing prompt responses and solutions.
  • Prepare field service reports based on analysis of recorded data.
  • Prepare price quotations based on industry standards, field service recommendations, and client requests.
