About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Solutions Executive to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a Cloud Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for growing consumption of current and new AWS services, and applying your sales and technical experience to proactively engage with customers to harness the power of cloud technology to meet the customer's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, identify, pursue, and close new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Apply technical knowledge and sales skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical sales experience in B2B environments.
  • Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • AWS Certification (Cloud Technologist, Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer) preferred.

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $83,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
