About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Cloud Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for helping guide AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all AWS teams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.
  • Partner with customer and AWS leadership to drive collaboration between core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams.
  • Plan and support major workload migrations, translating strategic initiatives into executable actions.
  • Manage cadence by leading the reporting and tracking functions, executing education plans, and aligning roadmaps to business outcomes.
  • Evangelize AWS services and influence customers to adopt them, driving innovation and delivering a great customer experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate or similar.
  • Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar.
