About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion for our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy to grow customers and drive revenue expansion for our ISV partners.
  • Build and maintain broad relationships with C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
  • Work collaboratively with AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests and advocate for the customer in harmony with AWS business needs.
  • Generate and maintain active engagements with customers and prospects, and consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience in B2B environments, with a solution-sales/technology-related environment background.
  • Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner, Associate Solutions Architect) is a plus.
