About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Solutions Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services, Inc. This is a critical role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exemplary communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale cloud transformations and migrations for our customers, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of AWS services.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success, leveraging your expertise in cloud computing and technical program management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product engineering, to deliver outcomes for our customers.
  • Interface with customer and AWS leadership to drive collaboration and ensure effective execution of customer plans.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions, working backwards from customer key milestones.
  • Manage cadence by leading reporting and tracking functions, ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Execute education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events and transitions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
  • 2+ years experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate or similar.
  • Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar.
