Job Overview

Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Business Development Manager, focusing on the Southeast Florida area.

COMPENSATION: Attractive salary with an additional Bonus Plan based on experience.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE: Earnings based on sales achievements.

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday through Friday.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for fostering business expansion, making strategic decisions, and nurturing client relationships.

  • Identifying potential opportunities within target markets
  • Generating leads through diverse channels
  • Formulating growth strategies and establishing revenue goals
  • Negotiating terms and agreements
  • Promoting products and services while aiding clients in their decision-making processes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Securing new business agreements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry or a related field
