Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Business Development Manager, focusing on the Southeast Florida area.
COMPENSATION: Attractive salary with an additional Bonus Plan based on experience.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE: Earnings based on sales achievements.
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday through Friday.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for fostering business expansion, making strategic decisions, and nurturing client relationships.
- Identifying potential opportunities within target markets
- Generating leads through diverse channels
- Formulating growth strategies and establishing revenue goals
- Negotiating terms and agreements
- Promoting products and services while aiding clients in their decision-making processes
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Securing new business agreements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry or a related field
