Who We Seek:
We are in search of a Travel Sales Manager to spearhead the strategic management of our corporate and leisure travel agency collaborations. This role involves diligent monitoring of quarterly objectives and collaborating with the team to achieve these goals. The ideal candidate will embody the following qualities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for our corporate and leisure travel agency partners
  • Negotiate contracts with both existing and prospective local partners
  • Oversee the strategic planning of sales initiatives and conduct regular review meetings to assess revenue growth
  • Collaborate with corporate sales teams in the lead generation process
  • Assist in implementing customer-specific solutions for our corporate clients and travel agency partners
  • Conduct training sessions, sales calls, workshops, and other marketing activities in partnership with our collaborators
  • Represent Sixt at industry-related events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the travel sector or a related industry
  • Demonstrated success in portfolio expansion and effective negotiations
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous
  • Functional knowledge of tracking, managing, and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs)
