Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a key member of our finance team, you will support the region through finance and operations functions, financial planning and analysis, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by the corporate office.
  • Coordinate and direct preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Analyze financial details to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
  • Review and monitor monthly activity, data integrity, and financial accuracy.
  • Partner with Department Team Leads, Profit Center Leaders, and Senior Business Partners through financial planning and analysis and strategic planning.
  • Responsible for financial planning and analysis to identify trends and develop forward-looking strategies.
  • Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts by working with Team Leads and PCL to identify drivers and create yearly goals.
  • Prepare ad-hoc and monthly financial reporting.
  • Mentor and train Finance & Operations Specialists and Senior Finance & Operations Specialists.
  • Assist Senior Finance Business Partners in leading the finance team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in an accounting or finance position.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
