About the Role

ClareMedica Health Partners LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive membership growth and engagement for our senior care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Create and implement effective growth strategies to increase membership and engagement for our senior care services.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with senior-focused community-based organizations, health plan agents, independent insurance agents, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, senior centers, local government, and stakeholders in the community to educate about our senior care services.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Strategize, coordinate, and execute events within the community to educate our Medicare Advantage eligible patients and their caretakers about our senior care services.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Leverage marketing tools to attract potential new patients and maintain up-to-date information in designated customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
  • Member Engagement and Support: Engage inactive members via outreach with sales tools and marketing campaigns, and drive new member growth by educating potential patients on our senior care services.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Understand state and federal anti-kickback statutes related to healthcare referrals and abide by their provisions as it pertains to the Membership Growth Strategist position.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or additional combination of formal education, training, and experience above the minimum will be considered in lieu of the education on a year-for-year basis. A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience preferred, with working with seniors being a plus.
  • Business Acumen and Skills: High business acumen and acuity, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present in front of large audiences and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook), CRM tools, and other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and presentation software.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands

The Membership Growth Strategist will work in a general office environment, with occasional travel to events and community meetings. The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, talking or hearing, and occasional lifting and moving up to 15 pounds.
